File List Rename - free utility to batch file rename using a CSV file as a template. It is a very small and fast standalone application. It does not require any registration for download, decompression or installation. Just download it and run it. You can delete files as well. The program does allow "atomic operation", which means you can exchange the names of two files in the same directory at once.
