FIR 111c freeware description:
FIR converts your data files into ONE single graphics file, or into an FIR archive file, with options to compress, encrypt, and confuse the data. Supported output graphics formats are: BMP, GIF, ICO, PCX, AVI, and EXE. The graphics file FIR generates is a 8-bit graphics which looks like a stereo picture, it is no different from any other graphics files which you may open it with graphics software to view; Or use it as icon or to decorate your website or blog. There are over 100 built-in palettes for you to choose for the output graphics; You may also create your own palette to use. Many other features include adding description to the picture, specifying dimension of the picture, embedding CRC checksum of the data files. However you use, you may always extract the data files stored in this graphics whenever you like. Alternatively you may archive your data files as `FIR` archive format for storage purpose, which has the file extension `.fir`. FIR is able to simply concatenate your many small files into one big picture or archive file, as well as to implement high level data security with different kinds of protection to match your need, yet it is still easy to use with full Drag and Drop supported. Equipped with over 100 built-in palettes, FIR is a beautifier which can create pictures of various tones and sizes to decorate your websites, desktops, or your folders. FIR can be fun, creative, and candy of your eyes as well as serious enough to hide and protect your important data. Your computer will be lack-luster without a picture created with FIR!
