SCHEDULER is a FREE multi-user scheduling program for a paperless office system designed for a profession, or small business. Its a client date, time, and activity appointment scheduler, grouped for multiple providers, with the ability to search and print. It integrates with RECORDS, a FREE problem oriented wordprocessor and report writer, optimized for data entry using voice recognition. Each Problem is organized with an Orders section, in a reverse chronologically displayed tree structure, to create for example a diagnosis and medication list, which can then be, in variety of dated note and prescription formats, stored and printed. The wordprocessing sections allows a user to easily incorporating past information from a section into the current text. The RECORDS program built in macro command player allows a user to customize the program operation to their specific desires and needs. It also integrates with DOCUMENTOR, a FREE file database program which mimics a typical filing cabinet with each folder organized into user defined categories like "Labs". A new file can be directly entered into a folder category from a program like Word or Excel starting with a defined blank or initial document. A new file can also be imported from a scanned document, image photograph, or from any file like a Word "*.DOC" or Excel "*.XLS" document. Some file types can be directly viewed, printed, and faxed, while other file types are loaded and manipulated in their, extension identified, source programs. The DOCUMENTOR, RECORDS and SCHEDULER programs were originally designed for medical care, but each can be altered for use in other industries by changing the section labels, report writer text and design, and document categories. The data file used by the programs is a simple Microsoft Access database, whose organization is easily deciphered and manipulated. This enables a user to easily create additional features and capabilites for the system.
